Could not scan server & login using VISTA business

Hi All,

When I'm installed at the first time, it ask for Registration. After do the step by step registration wizard, I do step SCAN server but it always failed.

App: Client Terminal MetaTrader4

OS: Windows Vista Business

Memory: 2 GB

Please advise what's wrong
