Overlapping rectangles color.

Hi,

I think that there is no easy solution, but before starting a complicated one I'll ask some experts. Is there an easy way to not change color of two rectangle objects when they are overlapping? I mean I would like to have one above the other and the overlapping area shoul be in the color of the top rectangle.
