Terminal Problem

When I try to open my MT4 platform an error message appears and will not open.

Someone please help.

More information needs to be provided.  What exactly does the error message say?  Post a screen shot if you can.

I've tried 6 times and each time it uploads the pjeg and then doesn't show it.

Error report;

The error says:

 

            Terminal.exe

 

Terminal.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

 

 

If you were working on something, the information might be lost.

 

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.

I suggest uninstalling the software and reinstalling.  You might want to put the new installation in a different directory.

I tried all that several times, nothing worked. This all started when they did the last upgrade.
