history values for EURUSD M1 are COMPLETELY OFF for around Jan - Mar 2009

I have been struggling for a week wondering why all of my strategy testing was giving crazy results, whereas it was working before. Since the data is wrong by an apparent factor of 10, it looks like it is related to a change in the number of decimals. All of the pairs that I use are afflicted with this, making strategy testing completely useless. I tried erasing and reloading all of the history folders, but the problem persists. A solution is badly needed!
