Use PDA with VGA resolution. For example, Fujitsu-Siemens LOOX 720.

No, you can use any PDA with WAP and GPRS or without.

If your PDA have only Bluetooth or IrDA, you should use additional network connection
device, for example, mobile phone with WAP, GPRS support.
