How to add data files?

I have a copy of MetaTrader$ and I have downloaded some data files. I want to use it offline but I can't get MetaTrader4 to see where the Data file are located? They are downloading into Program Files/FXCM MT4/history/downloads. But when I look at File/Open Offline I don't see any of the data.


I need help.
