I am an Indian, trading Nifty futures.

For the past one year I have been successfully using the facility given by GCI. The version I am using is downloaded from the GCI webpage which comes free(I hope I am correct) .Of late when I utilise the option of updating window I usually get "fatal crash occurred" message. When I get such mesage I bypass the step without updating the software.

What can be the best solution for this problem which I am facing?

Sir, if want a version which will not have such kind of problem where should I contact?

Please help me.
