Compiling Trouble

I need help in compiling an indicator I have found at http://hyiperz.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/10/nonlagma_v711.mq4.


Do I just need to copy this to the MetaQuotes Language Editor and press compile? I don't seem to get a file I can add to my Metaraders/Experts/Indicators directory.?
