Were can I get the MACD.mqh and CCI.mqh?

Hi:

I'm learning MQL4 these days and I tried some EA. In three of them, they need to include MACD.mqh and CCI.mqh when compiled but I can't find the two mqh files in the installation folder.

I'd like to know where to get MACD.mqh and CCI.mqh?
