I'm looking for some software that will help me to convert my MPEG videos into 3GP, so that I can put them onto my iPhone. Any good suggestion?

Try IOrgSoft 3GP video converter. Quite a high quality and easy-to-use video converter software. I’ve been using it and it works REALLY well. Converting your MPEG videos into 3GP format will be no problem. You can get it from here.Let me know if this helps.
