chart update problem

I just opened a demo account with easy-forex (this is the broker suggested by MT4). I have no problem with connection and no errors has been reported.

However, the chart is not moving anywhere. It is stuck at the end of last week and doesn't show any updates for the week that just started.


I am lost. Any help appreciated.

i have the same problem as well..i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it back, nothing happened.

this is the second time that after the weekend, it wouldn't start again.

HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
