Need help with OrderSend()

Since OrderSend() includes StopLoss and TakeProfit parameters, I'm going to guess that it's OrderCloseTime() will remain 0 until either the stop or the profit levels are hit.


How do I detect that just the entry (Price) has been executed?

Please clarify what you mean by "entry price has been executed". What are you trying to accomplish?
