Here's a screenshot of metaeditor in my monitor

OS : Windows Xp sp3

Can someone PLEASE help me solve this problem please.

(Press Ctrl + roll mouse wheel is not work.) Thanks

It should work in this case. Check that you selected this tab first. You can also check Fonts settings in Internet Explorer.
