Hello:
Could someone tell me how to automatically import MT-4 data (using DDE Server) into excel. Each day I would like import the 5:00 PM ET "Opening" Price (which I believe would be the 21:00 open in the MetaQuotes version of MetaTrader) for the following currency pairs: EUR/USD, GBP/USD, AUD/USD, NZD/USD, USD/JPY, USD/CHF, and USD/CAD. Each currency pair would have a single field in the excel spreadsheet (the 21:00 "open price") that I would like to automatically fill each day with their respective prices. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Chris |

Recent builds of MetaTrader come with an example. The filename is DDE-Sample.xls

You can export indicators and prices from MT4 to Excel and
execute orders from excel to several MT4s + other cool staff. It is explained here
