Displaying line names

How can I display the line name in the chart?
let's say I add a new horizontal line, at a given price. I want to have its name displayed just above the line.
I don't want to point it with the mouse and wait until the instant box shows me the name and the value. I want its name shown always.
is that possible?

You can use object's description. before turn on "show descriptions" in the chart properties
