need programmer or someone to help with daily pivots

i have an excel file with 10 currency pair in the file and different levels for each currency pair. is it possible to code it so that it imports the xcel file each day and chart the different levels for the currency pair? I am new to metatrader and have no idea where to begin. or if someone is interested in programming this for me i will provide more info.
