After much deliberation i decided to jump in and get to grips with the mt4L.
Whilst trying to go through some code and 'whipping' something up i was left with the following (initial) questions.

1. When i pull up a chart on EUR\USD and set it to 1H, how do i (using
an indicator\ expert) put in a derived serie (for example a MA) based on a 5m
series. Thus creating a 1H chart with a 5m MA in it?

2. How gan i get a handle on a 5M serie when i am on a 1H chart (for both the same an a different symbol). I did see the price converter script but that seems to just export so not exactly what i'm looking for.

3. How do i create a serie with x minute bars (x >=2) to be used in a graph (or somewhere else for that matter)?

For now these are my biggest question marks. More are bound to follow
but going through some code in the files area will probably get me a
decent enough start.
