Look at this recent post "MetaTrader CE - MetaTrader for Palm"
Sounds like it's no longer being developed with the latest on the Downloads page.

thanks but it did not answear the question because the post you point out concern MT for palms.
my question is what about the rest palmtos eg with windows 2003 operation system.
