Do volume in metatrader4/mt3 representing real transaction volume (lots)in global forex market in arround the world ?? ..or 'tick volume' ??

Like volume/lots in stock market?
I see volume at brokerage firm like FXDD and Interbankfx different from meta3 ormeta4 from metaquotes.net....??
where is the valid volume?
